    You can update your email address through the Ministry of the Interior (MOI) mobile app, MOI UAE.

  • If there is a POA, do all parties involved in a tenancy contract still have to approve a certain transaction?

    The POA-holder may approve a transaction on behalf of the remaining parties within the right of their POA permission.

    It could be a technical or permission issue. Please contact customer support for help at support@dari.ae.

  • Can I move the Smart Hub Wallet to the DARI Wallet?

    . No. That is not possible. You should connect your credit card with DARI directly to complete your transaction. 

  • Why is my Premise ID unlinked with DARI?

    The initial enrolment of the property must include the Premise ID in the unit details. Otherwise, the system will block the initial enrolment of the unit.

  • Can I pay with DARI Wallet for all services or only for certain ones?

    Yes. You can use the DARI Wallet for all services.
