You can now register a Property Management Agreement (PMA) with a possessory mortgage between the bank and property management company (PMC) through DARI's Register Property Management Agreement service. Banks or PMCs can register a PMA with a possessory mortgage between the bank and PMC by following these steps:

  1. Login to DARI 
  2. Go to the Services menu on the homepage.
  3. Select Lease from the services list.
  4. Choose Register Property Management Agreement from the submenu and click on Initiate Service.
  5.  A new screen will display different types of PMA, such as freehold PMA, PMC, and bank with possessory mortgage. Select the Property Management (PMA) type of bank with possessory mortgage and click on Next. 
  6. Then choose the agreement parties. Select Bank and PMC and click on Proceed.
  7. On the next screen, choose the property, units, or building and click on Add Selected. You can also add new properties by clicking on Add Properties.
  8. A new screen will display the selected properties. Review the details and click on Next.
  9. A new screen will display the details of the first party (bank) and the possessory mortgage. Enter the company trade license number and click on Fetch to display the details of the second party (PMC). Now click on Next.
  10. On the next screen, assign permissions, enter the agreement details such as start date, end date, and amount and click on Next.
  11. Add any appendices (if any) in both Arabic and English, upload any required documents, and click on Next.
  12. A new screen will display the application details, such as the details of the property, parties, and possessory mortgage. Review all the details and click on Submit Application.
  13. A message will appear to confirm that the application to register a Property Management Agreement has been sent successfully. The application will be forwarded to the company signatory and/or bank signatory for approval based on the initiator. 
  14. Once approved, the initiator will be notified to proceed with the payment.
  15. On the payment task, review the application and payment details and click on Proceed to Payment
  16. On the next screen, click on Pay Now.
  17. A message will appear to confirm that a payment has been made and the property management agreement has been issued successfully.
  18. You can now download the Property Mortgage Agreement and payment receipt.


Bank Signatory Approval The bank signatory can approve the Register Property Management Agreement application by following these steps:

  1. Login to DARI
  2. Make sure you are logged in as a bank. 
  3. Click on Applications and choose Tasks.
  4. Now click on Review Application next to the application of property management agreement. 
  5. Review the application details, such as the initiator, property details, parties, and possessory mortgage details, then choose one of the following options: 
    • Approve the application. 
    • Return the application. 
    • Reject the application.
  6. To approve the application click on Approve.
  7. A message will appear confirming that the application to register the Property Management Agreement has been approved, and it will be forwarded to the PMC signatory for approval. 

PMC Signatory Approval The PMC signatory can approve the Register Property Management Agreement by following these steps: 

  1. Login to DARI 
  2. Make sure you are logged in as a company. 
  3. Click on Applications and choose Tasks.
  4. Click on Review Application next to the application of Property Management Agreement.
  5. Review the application details, such as the initiator, property details, parties, and possessory mortgage details, then choose one of the following options:
    • Approve the application. 
    • Return the application. 
    • Reject the application. 
  6. To approve the application click on Approve.
  7. A message will appear confirming that the application to Register the Property Management Agreement has been approved, and it will be forwarded to the initiator (bank or PMC employee) to proceed with the payment. 


Property Management Companies (PMC) can register a Property Management Agreement with a possessory mortgage between the bank and PMC by following these steps:

  1. Login to DARI 

  2. Go to the Services menu on the homepage.

  3. Select Lease from the services list.

  4. Choose Register Property Management Agreement from the submenu and click on Initiate Service.

  5. A new screen will display different types of PMA, such as freehold PMA, PMC, and bank with possessory mortgage. Select the Property Management (PMA) type of bank with possessory mortgage and click on Next.

  6. Choose the agreement parties. Select Bank and PMC and click on Proceed.

  7. On the next screen, choose the property, units, or building and click on Add Selected. Then, click on Next.

  8.  A new screen will display the details of the first party (bank), the second party (PMC), and the possessory mortgage. Click on Next

  9. On the next screen, assign permissions, enter the agreement details, such as start date, end date, and amount, and click on Next.

  11. A new screen will display the application details, such as the details of the property, parties, and possessory mortgage. Review all the details and click on Submit Application.

  12. A message will appear to confirm that the application to register a Property Management Agreement has been sent to the PMC and bank signatory successfully for approval. 

  13. Once approved, the initiator will be notified to proceed with the payment.

  14. On the payment task, review the application and payment details and click on Proceed to Payment.

  15. On the next screen, click on Pay Now.

  16. A message will appear confirming that a payment has been made and the property management agreement has been issued successfully.

  17. You can now download the Property Mortgage Agreement and payment receipt.

  6. To approve the application, click on Approve. A message will appear to confirm that the application to register the Property Management Agreement has been approved, and it will be forwarded to the PMC signatory to proceed with the payment.
