If the seller (initiator) got the Department of Municipality and Transport (DMT)’s approval for a service, the seller will receive a notification through Dari – the digital real estate ecosystem – asking them to book an appointment at the nearest time or depending on the timing available and/or convenient. They can then follow the below steps: 
  • Select an appointment in one of the DMT centers
  • Select a preferred location from the list
  • Select the preferred date and time
  • After selecting the date and time, you will be directed to the checkout page, where you will need to enter the following:

    - Payment details
    - Payment method
    - Appointment confirmation from both seller and buyer

 DMT working days/hours is: Monday to Thursday from 8AM to 3PM and Friday from 8AM to 12PM
