• If the seller (initiator) got the Department of Municipality and Transport (DMT)’s approval for a service, the seller will receive a notification through Dari – the digital real estate ecosystem – asking them to book an appointment at the nearest time or depending on the timing available and/or convenient. They can then follow the below steps: 
    1. Select an appointment in one of the DMT centers
    2. Select a preferred location from the list
    3. Select the preferred date and time
    4. After selecting the date and time, you will be directed to the checkout page, where you will need to enter the following: 
     Payment method / Appointment confirmation from both seller and buyer/ Payment details 

 DMT working days/hours is: Monday to Thursday from 8AM to 3PM and Friday from 8AM to 12PM
