The No Objection Certificate (NOC) is a legal document issued by an organization, institute, or an individual to say that they have no objection to any of the details in the document. It can be used for employment, trade, litigation, immigration, and many other purposes to nullify any objection by the parties concerned in the process.
The seller needs to get the NOC from the developer to the new owner of the property to pay the bills under the new owner's name and make sure that there are no late payments from the old owner.
