You can now add yourself as an employee to a company through DARI's Open Company Employee Account - Individual service. Individuals can add themselves as employees by following these steps: 

  1. Login to DARI dari-login 
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number, which is associated with your account, and then click on Verify.
  3. Go to the Services menu on the homepage.
  4. Select Company Management from the services list. 
  5. Choose Open Company Employee Account from the submenu and click on Initiate Service
  6. Enter the company trade license number, then click on Fetch Details to display the company details. 
  7. Enter your email address and mobile phone number. Then, choose the user role and click on Next.
  8. By adding yourself as an employee, the application will be forwarded to the company admin for approval when it is completed. 
  9. By adding yourself as an admin, the application will be forwarded to the DMT for approval when it is completed. 
  10. Upload any required documents and click on Next.
  11. A new screen will display the employee and company details. Review the details and click on Submit.
  12. A message will appear to confirm that the application will be forwarded to the company admin for approval, or the application will be forwarded to the DMT for approval. 
  • Company admins can approve opening a company employee account by following these steps: 
  1. Login to DARI 
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number, which is associated with your account, and then click on Verify.
  3. Switch to the company account.
  4. Click on Notifications.
  5. Click on Add Company Employee
  6. A new screen will display the employee and company details. 
  7. Choose one of the following options: 
  • Approve:  
    1. A screen will appear to display the employee details. 
    2. You can edit the employee's mobile number and email address. 
    3. Review the details and click on Next. Then, select the permission you would like to assign to the employee and click on Next
    4. A new screen will display employee details, company details, and employee permissions. Review the details and click on Submit. A message will appear to confirm that an employee has been added to your company successfully. 
  • Return: The application will be returned to the employee with comments for review. 
  • Reject: The application will be rejected.
