Owners, developers, PMCs, and brokers can now cancel an existing permit to list properties on a property listing website. through ADREC's "Cancel Permit to Advertise on Websites" service. You can initiate the application by following these steps:
- Login to ADREC portal.
- Navigate to the Services menu on the homepage.
- From the services list, choose Advertising & Exhibition Permits.
- Select Cancel Permit to Advertise on Websites from the submenu and click on Initiate Service.
- Select the permit you want to cancel or use the first filters to find it then click Start Application.
- A new screen will display the application details. Review and click Submit.
- A cancelation pop-up will display asking if you’re sure you want to cancel this permit, click Yes, Continue, and the application will be sent to the designated party for approval.
Approval
Broker Approval
The broker will receive the application for review and can Approve, Return, or Reject it.
- If Approved: The application is approved and canceled.
- If Rejected: The application is rejected with a reason provided for the rejection.
- If Returned: The application is returned with a reason provided for the return.
Owner Approval
The owner(s) will receive the application for review and can Approve, Return, or Reject it.
- If Approved: The application is approved by one owner, then it’s approved by all owners and canceled.
- If Rejected: The application is rejected with a reason provided for the rejection.
- If Returned: The application is returned with a reason provided for the return.
Broker Approver Approval
The broker approver will receive the application for review and can Approve, Return, or Reject it.
- If Approved: The application is approved and canceled.
- If Rejected: The application is rejected with a reason provided for the rejection.
- If Returned: The application is returned with a reason provided for the return.
