Residential (company & individual)
If your contract duration is less than 4 years, you will be applicable to pay:
- Service fee: 50 DHS per Contract
- Municipality fees: 5% applicable for non-Local from rent amount per year and not less than 450 DHS
If your contract duration is 4 years and more, you will be applicable to pay:
- Service fees: 1% from a year rent fees
- Municipality fees: 5% applicable for non-Local from rent amount per year and not less than 450 DHS
Commercial & Industrial
If your contract duration is less than 4 years, you will be applicable to pay:
- Service fee: 50 DHS/Contract
- Municipality fees: No fees
If your contract duration is 4 years and more you will be applicable to pay:
- Service fee: 50 DHS Per year
- Municipality fees: No fees
Note: Fees are going to change depending on the contract type
