1. You can ask for extra services that come with a cost through DARI. These services could be things like Tawtheeq and lease registration, issuing certificates,
  2.  property sale transactions, and other services we might offer from time to time.
  3. Once you complete and submit an application or request for a Paid-for Service, you will be charged the necessary fees in full.
  4.  These fees might include official charges from a relevant government authority (like DMT), a DARI fee for the Paid-for Service, or a mix of both.

    • All fees for Paid-for Services are non-refundable unless:
      1. Your application or request is rejected by the relevant government authority (for example, if the government authority does not issue the certificate you requested).
      2.  In such circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund.
      3. In the case of a property sale transaction, if your application was pre-approved and/or an appointment is booked for contract signing,
      4.  but you decide not to complete the transaction. In such circumstances, you may be entitled to a partial refund.
    • All refund requests should be directed to refund@DARI.ae. Please note that part of the fees for a Paid-for Service consists of charges applied by a governmental authority. 
    • Because of that, you may receive any refunded amounts in two separate transactions.
