There are two main types of dispute matters: 


  •  Civil disputes:

Sorting and retainer disputes: division of real estate and land and determination of owners 


  • Commercial Disputes:

1. Financial claims: It is a financial claim for the payment of overdue dues.


2. Termination of the contract or all issues related to real estate and contractual relations arising therefrom and construction works: a claim to annul the contractual relationship, remove what resulted from it, return the situation to how it was before the contract, or complete what was contracted and abide by the contract between the two parties or other claims otherwise.
