The Unified Number (UID) is a mandatory piece of information needed to apply for an Emirati ID. Without a UID number, the application for Emirates ID is incomplete and you must present sufficient documents such as a residence sticker or proof of UID number. You will not have a UID number in your hand if you have just entered UAE through a residence visa and your residence visa is not stamped yet.

You can use your Unified Number to login to Dari – the digital real estate ecosystem – and manage all your real estate requirements from one platform.

If you are not an Emirate citizen, the Unified Number (UID) is a 6-digit code that can be found on the entry stamp on the last page of the passport or on the visa.
