     If you have canceled your application by clicking the cancelation button and the application is still active, please contact  support@DARI.ae for help.

  • Can the tenant renew the tenancy contract?

     No, they cannot. Only the lessor is allowed to apply for a tenancy contract renewal.

  • Is there any delay penalty for the tenancy contract renewal?

     No, there is not.

  • Can I renew the contract by replacing the tenant?

     No, you cannot, as a tenant cannot be amended upon renewal.

  • Why didn’t I receive an OTP, and how can I get one?

    An OTP will be sent to the mobile number connected to your EID. Please contact support@DARI.ae if you are still facing any difficulties.

  • How can the non-resident customers receive their OTP?

    Non-resident customers can receive their OTP by their phone numbers registered on DARI.

  • Can non-residents create profiles on DARI?

    It is possible to register on DARI as a non-resident. Please contact our customer support team at support@dari.ae to create a non-resident account.

  • What can be changed during the renewal/modification of the PMA?

    You can add or remove units in the same plot.

  • Does DARI manage properties?

    DARI is not a property management company. However, DARI does provide a wide range of services, such as issuing Property Management Agreements (PMAs). 

  • What is the PMA maximum duration?

    The maximum Property Management Agreement duration is 4 years.
