    It can be renewed within 1 month before the expiry date.

  • How can I update my personal details?

    You can update your personal information through the MOI App. It will automatically reflect on your DARI account afterward.

  • Can I log in to my DARI abroad with UAE PASS?

    Yes, you can log in to your DARI account from anywhere in the world.

  • Can I renew a tenancy contract through DARI?

    Yes, you can renew your tenancy contract through DARI.

  • What does “Update your information on MOI” mean when I am trying to log in?

    This means you must update your information with the Ministry of Interior before logging in to your DARI account.

  • Why is my application still active when I have canceled it already?

    If you have canceled your application by clicking the cancelation button and the application is still active, please contact support@DARI.ae for help.  

  • Why can’t I find my approved and paid applications on DARI?

    If you cannot see your previous applications, please contact customer support at support@DARI.ae.

  • Can I log in by email?

    If you are a non-UAE resident and need more information, please contact support@DARI.ae

  • Why am I unable to find my properties on the DARI platform?

    It could be a technical issue. Please contact customer support for help at support@dari.ae.

  • Can I log in using the mobile number I registered in the EID?

    Yes, on the UAE login page, you can add your mobile number, EID number, or email to log in using UAE Pass.

  • Where is the DARI Office located?
