Owners, developers, and PMCs can now grant brokers a permit to feature listings on a property listing website, or brokers can request this permit through DARI's Issue Permit to Advertise on Websites service. You can initiate the application by following these steps:
Owners, developers, and PMCs flow:
Login to DARI.
Navigate to the Services menu on the homepage.
From the services list, choose Advertising & Exhibition Permits.
Select Issue Permit to Advertise on Websites from the submenu and click on Initiate Service.
In the Permit Details, choose the Initiator Type (Owner, Developer, PMC).
Choose the permit type and set the duration.
Note: If the initiator type is PMC, they can only choose the permit type "Rent" and cannot select "Sell".
Choose whether to add an individual broker or a brokerage company:
Individual Broker: Fetch their details by entering their EID. The license will be issued in their name.
Brokerage Company: Fetch the company's details by entering the trade license number, and the license will be issued in the company's name.
Select Permit Broker Exclusivity – Choose Yes or No:
Yes: The added broker will be the only one permitted to advertise the
selected properties for the duration of the permit.
No: You can select up to 3 brokers, each with different permits for the properties they can advertise.
Click on Add Properties or use the search filters to choose properties, whether land or units.
Note: If the property is a unit, select the building and choose whether to add the whole building or specific units.
A new screen will display the application details. Review and click Submit.
If the Exclusive checkbox is selected, a pop-up will confirm whether you want to exclusively assign the permit to the selected broker.
Click Yes, Continue, and the application will be sent to the broker for approval.
Approval
The broker will receive the application for review and can Approve, Return, or Reject it.
If Approved: The application is approved and sent for payment.
If Rejected: The application is rejected with a reason provided for the rejection.
If Returned: The application is returned with a reason provided for the return.
Payment
The broker will receive the application and has two options:
Proceed to Payment
Cancel Application
Once payment is completed, the broker can download the permit certification and payment receipt.
Broker Flow:
Login to DARI.
Navigate to the Services menu on the homepage.
From the services list, choose Advertising & Exhibition Permits.
Select Issue Permit to Advertise on Websites from the submenu and click on Initiate Service.
In the Permit Details, choose Broker.
Choose the permit type and set the duration.
Select Permit Broker Exclusivity – Choose Yes or No:
Yes: The added broker will be the only one permitted to advertise the selected properties for the duration of the permit.
No: You can select up to 3 brokers, each with different permits for the properties they can advertise.
If the Exclusive checkbox is selected, a pop-up will confirm whether you want to exclusively assign the permit to the selected broker.
Click Yes, Continue, and the application will be sent to the broker for approval.
The broker can use the search filters or the certificate number to search for the properties whether land or units
Note: If the property is a unit, select the building and choose whether to add the whole building or specific units.
A new screen will display the application details. Review and click Submit. The application will be sent to the owner for approval.
Approval
Owner Approval
The owner(s) will receive the application for review and can Approve, Return, or Reject it.
If Approved: Approval by one owner confirms approval for all, and the application moves to the Payment Step.
If the Exclusive checkbox is selected, a pop-up will confirm whether you want to exclusively assign the permit to the selected broker.
Click Yes, Continue, and the application will be sent to the broker for approval.
If Rejected: The application is rejected with a reason provided for the rejection.
If Returned: The application is returned with a reason provided for the return.
Broker Approval
The broker will receive the application for review and can Approve, Return, or Reject it.
If Approved:
If the broker is an individual with approval authority, he approves the request and sends it to the owner for final approval before payment.
If the broker is an employee of a brokerage company and does not have approval permission, he must forward the application to an authorized approver within the company. Once approved, the application will proceed to the owner for review and then move to payment.
If Rejected: The application is rejected with a reason provided for the rejection.
If Returned: The application is returned with a reason provided for the return.
Payment
The broker will receive the approved application and has two options:

Cancel Application
Once payment is completed, the broker can download the permit certification and payment receipt.
