If you’re looking to advertise your property on approved real estate listing websites, the “Request a Permit to Advertise on Website” service allows you to obtain the required permit quickly and easily through the ADREC platform.
Whether you're an Owner, Developer, Broker, or Property Management Company (PMC), you can follow the step-by-step guide below to submit your application, complete approvals, make payment, and download your permit—all online.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Login to the System
Log in to your account on the ADREC Portal using your UAE Pass credentials.
Step 2: Access the Advertisements & Permits Module
From the dashboard, go to "Services" then to the “Madmoun” section.
Step 3: Select ‘Request a Permit to Advertise on Website’
Click on "Initiate Service" under the service titled “Request a Permit to Advertise on Website.”
Step 4: Form Filling
Fill the required information, then click "Next"
Step 5: Search and Select the Property
Use the search option to find your property. You can:
Select single or multiple units
Select a full building (all units will be auto-selected)
then click "Next"
Step 7: Review and Submit
Review your application, then click "Submit"
Step 8: Approval Flow
The system will automatically route the request for approvals based on your initiator type.
Broker Initiator: Goes to broker approver → Owner/PMC/Developer
Owner/Developer/PMC Initiator: Goes to broker approver
? Note: Exclusivity acknowledgment will pop up for owners if “Yes” is selected.
Step 12: Payment
Once approvals are complete, the system assigns the payment task to the Broker. Pay the required fee based on your permit type and duration.
Step 13: Download the Permit
Once the payment is successful, the system will generate your permit in PDF format, including a QR code.
